Mrs. Dorothy Stripling, 77, of Russellville, formerly of Conway, died Monday (June 19, 2000) at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 24, 1922, a daughter of the late Charles and Ada Cathrine May Edgar, she was a homemaker and a member of Robinson and Center Church of Christ.
She was the widow of Henry Lee Stripling.
Survivors are two daughters, Medora Moore of Lawton, Mich., and Charlotte Bowie of Russellville; two sons, Jerry Stripling of Texas City, Texas, and Jim Stripling; a sister, Dollie Loftis of Jonesboro; 11 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Griffin Leggett-Conway with Mr. Clyde Slimp officiating. Burial will be in Quattlebaum Cemetery in Bee Branch.
