HULL, Mr. - We extend the sympathy of this neighborhood to the Hull family in the sickness and death of their father, Mr. Hull. Hence one more Civil War Veteran to pass over.

HULL, Adeline MASSENGILLE - Mrs. Adeline Hull, wife of R. Hull, died at her home one mile and a half south of Rogers, December 24, 1919 at the age of 64 years, 9 months and 16 days. Miss Adeline Massengille was born in Nodaway Co., Mo. April 8, 1856. She was united in marriage to R. Hull February 22, 1840{?}. With her husband she went to Gage Co., Neb. and moved on a farm four miles southwest of Firth. While living there nine children were born to them. Mrs. Hull united with the Christian church at the age of 32. In 1891 they moved to Rogers, locating on a farm one mile and a half southwest of Rogers. While living there one son was born to them. Mrs. Hull was a loving mother and a faithful christian and loved by all her friends and neighbors. She has gone to meet her children, Mrs. Ella Harlan and John Hull, who had passed on before. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and eight children: R. Hull, Rogers; Mrs. G.D. Johnson, Filley, Neb.; Roy C. Hull, Lincoln, Neb.; Charley and Fred Hull, Arcadia, Kan.; Mrs. Mattie Hopper, Clark Ford, Idaho; Mrs. Mary Thomas and Stella and Allen Hull of Rogers. Funeral services were held at the Christian church, conducted by Rev. J.W. Shockley, December 26th and the remains were laid to rest in the Rogers cemetery. A Relative.
