November 13, 1927 - April 29, 2013
James Truel Davis, 85, of Vilonia passed from this life on Monday, April 29, 2013. He was born on November 13, 1927 to the late Oscar and Bulah Davis.
James was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed gardening, working with cattle, and loved spending time with his family above all else.
He is also preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
James is survived by his loving wife Bobbie of 57 years, three daughters; Brenda Evatt (Roger), Carolyn Dillard (Kelly), Jowayna Farris (Frankie), seven grandchildren; Amy Smith, Joshua Evatt (Morgan), Taylor and Randy Dillard, Chris (Amber), Kelsey, and Colleen Farris, and four great-grandchild; Bodie Wade Smith, Mckynsey, Preslee, and Kyler.
A Funeral Service will be held in his honor on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway at 10am with burial to follow at Vilonia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Tuesday night at the funeral home.
