J.C. Bradford of Heber Springs, Arkansas passed away at Seven Springs Health and Rehabilitation in Heber Springs, Arkansas on December 25, 2009. The son of the late Eunice J. Bradford and Ethel May Stevens Bradford, he was born March 24, 1923 at Jerusalem, Arkansas.
J.C. was a retired mechanic having worked at Kelly Motor Co., Cleburne County Motors and US Army Corps of Engineers at Greers Ferry Lake. He was a United States Army WWII veteran 1915 Engineer Battalion and Arkansas National Guard.

Mr. Bradford was of the Church of Christ faith.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Athalene (Lynn) Bradford and his son, Dr. Charlie Bradford.

He is survived by Grandson, Todd Bradford and wife, Nyree of Dixon, Missouri and Granddaughter, Jenni Haggard (Mike) of Drasco, Arkansas. Sisters, Hazel Cullum, South Haven, Michigan, Lois LaRue, Independence, Missouri and Dorothy Carr, South Haven, Michigan. He is also survived by five Great Grandchildren, Zane Haggard, Khayman Bradford, Emily Haggard, Khloe Athalene Bradford and Hudson Charles Haggard, other relatives and many friends.

Visitation with the Family was Monday, December 28, at Olmstead Funeral Home 5:00 – 7:00 pm followed with Graveside Funeral Services Tuesday morning in the Higden McLehaney Cemetery at 11:00 am with Military Honors.
