Gladys Colbert Croom Woodson, 85, of Powhatan, AR., passed away Thursday, October 13, 2011, at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehab.

She was born July 24, 1926 to Hubert and Beulah Wilson Colbert in Lauratown.

She was a lifetime resident of Lawrence County and retired from Skil, Inc in Walnut Ridge.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one child, Billie Croom; two brothers, Ray Colbert and Billy Colbert.

She is survived by husband, David Woodson of Powhatan; daughters, Teresa Scott of Walnut Ridge; Melanie Woodson of Fenton, Mo; sons, Willie Croom and wife Loretta of Powhatan, Michael Croom and wife Kristi of Black Rock and Dallas Woodson of St. Louis, Mo; sister, Thelma Davis and brother, Jack Colbert both of Walnut Ridge; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.

Arrangments were by: House Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge.

Graveside Services were in Powhatan Cemetery
