Beatrice Gilmer McCoy, age 78, of Magnolia, formerly of Lake Village, passed away, Sunday,
January 13, 2013, at Magnolia Health and Rehab in Magnolia, Arkansas. She was born in Emerson,
Arkansas on December 21, 1934, to the late Johnny Gilmer and Lillie Floyd Gilmer. She was one of
seven children. She was a retired factory worker and a Baptist.
Her resting place will be Jennie Cemetery beside her husband, Ned McCoy of 42 year. They lived in
Texas 30 years and moved to Florida for a few years and then to Lake Village, and then Beatrice
moved to Camden where her niece Lillie Brown and nephew, Perry Smith took care of her till she
went home to be with her heavenly family.
Visitation will be from 1-2PM Tuesday, January 15, 2012 with the Funeral Service following at 2PM
at Bishop Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Early Payne Officiating. Arrangements were made by
Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village, Arkansas.
