RILEY, Wm. - Wm. Riley, a former resident of Logan vicinity, brother of Mert and Henry Riley, died suddenly of heart trouble at his home in Joplin Monday afternoon. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at Thornsberry Campground cemetery and the body laid at rest near the graves of his small daughters and his father. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Ennis Riley, his mother, Mrs. W.B. Riley, his brothers, Mert, Henry, George of Port Arthur, Lee and Lester of Joplin, also a sister, Mrs. Mamie Wade of Siloam Springs. The families were here for the funeral.
*NOTE: Missouri Death Certificate No.23485 has his name as William Isaac Riley, born June 27, 1887, Vandalia, IL, and death July 10, 1933, Joplin, Galena Township, Jasper Co. MO. Parents names William & Mary Peters Riley, both born IL. Cause of death as mitral insufficiency. Burial Gentry, AR July 12, 1933.
