Wanda Bernice Freeze Via, 79, of Mountain View, AR entered into rest on Tuesday February 10, 2009 in Mountain View, AR. She was born August 23, 1929 in Bickles Cove, AR to Isaac and Nina Brown Freeze. Wanda was a beautician and had also worked for Wal-Mart. She was a member of the Church of Christ, a loving wife, mother, grand-mother, great grand-mother, and friend to many.
Wanda is survived by her husband Alfred Via of the home; son, Gary Simpson of Redding, CA; daughters, Gail Blankenship of Redding, CA and Bonnie Koons of Sacramento, CA; step-daughters, Cynthia Gunselman and Mary Dover; brother Don Freeze of Yreka, CA, seven grand-children, four great grand children and a host of many loving relatives and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Nina Brown Freeze.
There is no visitation.
Graveside service is 3 p.m., February 11, 2009 at Flatwoods Cemetery with Bro. Frank Curtis officiating.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home, Mtn. View is in charge of the arrangements.
