Billy Don Duncan, 73, of Mtn. View entered into rest on February 17, 2010 in Batesville.
Billy was born July 18, 1936 in Stone County, Arkansas to Stanley and Odell (Sutton) Duncan.
He was a member of Flatwoods Baptist Church, was employed as a master mechanic and was a loving father, brother, grandfather and son.
He is survived by his son, Larry Duncan and wife Rhonda of Clarksville, Tenn.; two daughters Vickie Akins and husband Jerry of Mtn. View and Rebecca Scott and husband Bobby of Chula Vista, Calif.; granddaughter Kelli Levis; brother Weldon Duncan and wife Betty of Mtn. View; sister Sandra Carr and husband John of Tumbling Shoals and many other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Stanley and Odell Duncan and sister Connie Bailey.
Funeral service was held at Flatwoods Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Whitfield officiating and interment was in Flatwoods Cemetery in Mtn. View.
Pallbearers are Jim Duncan, Bruce Sutterfield, Shane Bailey, Bill Willard, Jackie Hinesley and Glynn Fulmer. Honorary pallbearer is Jerry Dean Sutton.
