Benton County Democrat

HOPKINS, daughter - Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Hopkins of Pea Ridge were greatly shocked on Wednesday by the appearance of a party of friends bearing between them a casket in which was the remains of their lovely daughter, aged about twenty years, and who had been spending the past winter with a married sister in Wyoming Territory. The bereaved parents had no intimation of her death, telegrams sent failing to reach them. They are among Benton County's most prominent citizens and will have wide spread sympathy with their loss.
