Born in TN, Bettie was the daughter of John S McDonald Isbell and Keziah Elizabeth Armour. She married Jacob L Holyfield and they came to Prairie Co AR after 1900, as they were in Chester Co TN then. Bettie's last child, Ora Arkie Holyfield was born in Hazen 28 Jan 1904.
