RIPON, Calif. — Sarah Belle Harrison, 95, of Ripon died Aug. 9, 2002, at English Oaks Convalescent Hospital in Modesto, Calif. She was born April 5, 1907, in Indiahoma, Okla., to Lee and Altha Wright. She grew up in Arkansas and was a homemaker and a schoolteacher. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ott Harrison, and by one son, Ott Harrison Jr.
Survivors include two sons, William "Bill" Lee Harrison and wife Mae of Springdale and Donald Ray Harrison and wife Betty of Liberty, Okla.; two sisters, Ruth Wright of Stilwell, Okla., and Laura Thompson of Asbury, Mo.; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Vineyard Cemetery near Evansville with the Rev. Charles Cash officiating. Arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral home in Siloam Springs.
