Jeremy David Zimmer

Jeremy David Zimmer, 32, of Elizabeth, Arkansas, was born on August 5, 1979, in Salem, Arkansas, son of David Leon and Ellen Kay (Diderich) Zimmer. He departed this life on February 15, 2012, at his home.

Jeremy worked as an assembly line worker for a hydraulic hose manufacturer. He graduated from the Viola High School and went to Culinary School at Ozarka College. Jeremy loved the outdoors, fishing and hunting. Mr. Zimmer was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his parents, David and Ellen Zimmer of Elizabeth, Arkansas; brother, Mathew Zimmer of West Plains, Missouri; grandmother, Azlee Zimmer of Elizabeth, Arkansas; sister-in-law, Shelly Zimmer of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Jessie Zimmer and grandparents, Leon Zimmer, Foster and Evelyn Diderich.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012, 3:00 PM, at Elizabeth Baptist Church in Elizabeth, Arkansas, with officiating. Interment will be in the Elizabeth Cemetery under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be Levi Bowen, Richrd Mitchell, Daniel Sullins, Miles Newton, Jake Middlebrookd, Steve Bolka, Trevor Newton and Robby Sinclair.
