MOUNT PLEASANT – Darlene Malloy, 62, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2005, at her home.
Born Oct. 18, 1942, in Mount Pleasant, she was the daughter of Adam and Magdaline Johnson Moser. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Malloy; two sons, Shannon Malloy and David Malloy, both of Mount Pleasant; two daughters, Teresa Engles and Tammie Brooks, both of Mount Pleasant; two brothers, Lonzo Moser and Tony Moser, both of Mount Pleasant; two sisters, Lorene Barnett and Irene Holowell, both of Mount Pleasant; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, Jimmie Lee Malloy and Billie Joe Malloy.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Reeves Chapel Church in Guion with Rick Engles and Charles Barnett officiating. Burial will be in Reeves Cemetery.
