*Obituary - Kenneth David Hatfield
Kenneth David Hatfield, 19, of Star City, died September 21st, 2002 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center at Pine Bluff. He was born August 5th, 1983, at Little Rock, to John C. Hatfield Sr. and Patricia Hatfield of Star City. He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Star City, where he was a member of the youth group. He graduated from Grady High School and continued his education at Seabec Heavy Equipment Academy. He was employed by Graves Associates of Pine Bluff. He was preceded in death by a sister, Jennifer Lee McMunn; a brother Joseph Carl Hatfield; a grandfather, John C. Hatfield Sr and great-great-grandparents, Mr and Mrs Luther Bret Cherry. Survivors include one brother, Floyd McMunn of Star City;a nd his grandparents, Gay Cole of Monticello,W endall Glossup and C.J. Glossup of both of McGehee, and Dorthy Shadewl of Mayflower(Faulkner Co.)Funeral Services wil be held at 10:00a.m. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church with the Revs. Jim Hughes and Charles Henderson officiating.Burial will be in Butler/Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Star City by Griffin Funeral at Star City.Visitaion will be from 6 to 8p.m. today at the funeral home.

Joseph Carl Hatfield, 16, of Star City,died September 21,2002, at Jefferson Regional Medical center at Pine Bluff. Born December 1,1985, At Fort Payne, Alabama, a son of John C. Hatfield and Patricia Hatfield, both of Star City. He attended the First Assembly of God Church at Star Ctiy, where he was a member of the youth group. He was a student at Grady High School. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Jennifer Lee McMunn; and one brother, Kenneth David Hatfield; grandfather, John C. Hatfield Sr.; and great-great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Bret Cherry.O ther survivors include one brother, Floyd McMunn of Star City; and his grandparents, Gay Cole of Monticello, Wendall Glossup and C. J. Glossup, both of McGehee, and Dorthy Shadewl of Mayflower(Faulkner County). Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the First Assembly of God Church in Star City with the Revs. Jim Hughes and Charles Henderson officiating.Burial is Butler/Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Star City by Griffin Funeral Service at Star City. Died in a drowning accident with his brother, Kenneth David Hatfield.
