Franklin was born in AR to parents who were both from NC. He and Adelia married in 1880 and may have been living in TX because their first two children were born there. The third was born in OK and the fourth in AR. The 1900 census shows that there was a fifth child that died. In 1900 they are in Boone Co AR. His first name is actually Doctor.
