DECATUR — Stanley Earl O'Neal, 59, of Decatur died June 12, 2004, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born March 16, 1945, in Siloam Springs to Chester and Ethelyn Powers O'Neal. He ran a power washing service and was a truck driver for Peterson Industries.
Survivors include two sons, Randy O'Neal of Decatur and Ronnie O'Neal of Pea Ridge; one daughter, Tina Scace of Joplin, Mo.; three brothers, Leroy O'Neal of Biggs, Okla., David O'Neal of Siloam Springs and Douglas O'Neal of Oklahoma; four sisters, Connie Bastion of Tulsa, Okla., Mary Kay Harris of Decatur, Peggy George of Nevada, Mo., and Kathy Burton of Chicago, Ill.; seven grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are by Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
