Andy Felts, 78, of Siloam Springs, died Thursday, Feb. 7, at Humana Hospital in Kansas City, Kan.
Born August 12, 1912, in Arkansas to Oscar Felts and Nora Duncan Felts, he was owner-operator of Felts Family Shoe Stores in northwest Arkansas. He moved to Siloam Springs from Bentonville in 1934. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Siloam Springs.
Survivors are his wife, Mildred Herman Felts; a son, Bob Felts of Siloam Springs; a daughter, Andrea Mace of Junction City, Kan.; two brothers, Clay Felts of Tahlequah, Okla., and Doil Felts of Siloam Springs; two sisters, Ola Simpson of Austin, Texas, and Thressa Williams of Joelton, Tenn.; and three grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, with the Rev. Philip Hathcock and the Rev. Cecil Nichols officiating. Burial is to be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs. Arrangements are by Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
