Joan Elizabeth Pulley, age 69, of Wilburn, Arkansas, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011, in Cleburne County. Born at Garner, Arkansas, on December 16, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Thomas James Treece and Edna Josephine Nicholson Treece.
Mrs. Pulley was employed by Halstead, a copper tubing manufacturer. She was a member of the Wilburn Community Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Jeremy Scott Pulley; and one brother, Afton “Butch” Treece.
Mrs. Pulley is survived by two sons, Michael Scott Pulley and his wife, Cheryl, of Wilburn and Jimmy Ray Pulley, Jr., and his wife, Donna Rae, of Wynne; two daughters, Cynthia K. Goodpaster and her husband, Clayton, of Higden and Elizabeth Jo "Jody" Belknap of North Little Rock; one brother, Ray Treece of Bradford; one sister, Fay Steed of Marshall, Missouri; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 18, at 10:00 a.m. at the Wilburn Community Church with Pastor Bobby Woodall officiating. Interment will follow in the Center Chapel Cemetery.
