When Margaret Edwards Brown was born on November 16, 1776, in Loudoun, Virginia, her father, ARTHUR, was 29, and her mother, NANCY, was 25. She married Rainey (Rene) Parsons Brown in 1799 in Virginia. They had 11 children in 24 years. She died in 1838 in White, Arkansas, at the age of 62, and was buried in Cleburne, Arkansas.

When Rainey (Rene) Parsons Brown was born in 1778 in Goochland, Virginia, his father, Reuben, was 38 and his mother, Susanna, was 34. He married Margaret Edwards Brown in 1799 in Virginia. They had 11 children in 24 years. He died in 1838 in White, Arkansas, at the age of 60, and was buried in Cleburne, Arkansas.
