Harley Glenn Johnson, age 73, of Heber Springs passed away Thursday, September 11, 2008. Harley was born January 28, 1935 in Wilburn, Arkansas to the late Robert Carl and Mable Snelling Johnson. He was part owner of the Johnson Concrete Company. Harley, after retirement, enjoyed farming and spending time with his family.
Survivors include Rose Johnson, his wife of 21 years; three sons, Jerry Johnson of Heber Springs, Ron Vanausdoll of Seattle, Washington, and Ben Bennett of Pangburn; six daughters, Kim Fedora of Wilburn, Vivi Lamberta of California, Sheilia Allen of Mountain View, Cindy Gastriech of Missouri, Valerie Allen of Texas, and Anita Kearney of Beebe; two brothers, David Johnson of Heber Springs and Curt Johnson of Wilburn; one sister, Betty Litaker of Michigan; fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 15, 2008 at First Assembly of God Church, 209 West Searcy, Heber Springs. Rev. Lee Brown will be officiating.

Interment will be in the Magness Cemetery.

Active pallbearers: Al Johnson, Kent Latch, Mike Johnson, Carl Johnson, Jeff Litaker and Ron Franks. Honorary pallbearers: Roma Mann, Jim Johnson, Tony Johnson, Rick Johnson, and Tim Johnson.
