SPRINGDALE - Jodie Roy, 38, of Springdale, formerly of New Orleans, died Jan. 9, 2011, at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale. She was born Feb. 17, 1972, in Bossier City, La., to Floyd and Sarah Lucas Bearden.
She was of the Seventh-day Adventist faith.
Survivors include two sons, Austin Roy and Hunter Roy, both of Springdale; her father, Floyd Bearden and wife Marian of Siloam Springs; two brothers, including John Bearden and wife Shonda of Siloam Springs; a sister, Julie Shapiro of Siloam Springs; five stepbrothers, including Jeff Allen of Rogers; and a stepsister.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Wasson Funeral Home Chapel in Siloam Springs.
