Mildred Hale, 94, of Goshen died Thursday, April 29, 2004, at Holland Nursing Center-North in Springdale.

She was born March 25, 1910, in Goshen, the daughter of Noah Benton and Lutie Maude Kennan Cate.

She was a homemaker and a member of Hope Free Will Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Hale.

She is survived by one son, Dallas Hale and wife, Shirley of Goshen; one daughter, Mary Tucker of Fullerton, Calif.; one sister, Dorothy Fuller of Las Vegas, Nev.; five grandchildren, Duane Tucker, Leslie Tucker, Gail Hollis, Dee Ann Vaughn and Barry Hale; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. John Redfern and the Rev. Ernie Imler officiating. Burial will be in Round Mountain Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family will be present from 4 to 6 p.m.

Memorials may be made to Hope Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund, 297 Madison 7150, Fayetteville, 72703.

Pallbearers will be Benton Cate, Barry Hale, Eric Vaughn, Brad Vaughn, Paul Cate and Phillips Cate.

Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Cate, Randall Smith, Mark Hitt, Roy Cate, Duane Tucker, Richard Tucker and Jim Cate.
