Vicky Lee Jones was born on September 19, 1957 to Winford Brooks and Jo Ann Frisbie Watson in Gary, Indiana and died on October 15, 2011 in Romance, Arkansas, Vicky was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist Faith. She is preceded in death by her father, and a daughter Charity Ann Hearty. She is survived by three daughters Heather Hearty of Romance, Jennifer Santos and husband Nicholas of Judsonia, Megan Woodside and husband Scott of Sioux City, Nebraska, her mother Jo Ann Watson-Johnson of Romance, sister Judy Waters of Romance, two brothers Bobby Watson and wife Laurie of Romance, Kenneth Watson and wife Nancy of Yukon, OK., six grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.
