Louie Vernon Chaney, age 73, of Tumbling Shoals, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2009, at Southridge Village Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Hamilton, Ohio, on December 20, 1935, he was the son of the late Everett and Viola (Dalton) Chaney.
Louie was preceded in death by his wife Joyce and is survived by their children, Dean and Carla Chaney, Doug and Trish Chaney and Vicki Decker; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were at 10:00 am April 18, 2009 at Chastain Cemetery in Tumbling Shoals
