McKEY, Nancy E. SCOTT - Mrs. Nancy E. McKey, wife of W.G. McKey of Maysville, died early Sunday morning, October 28 at the age of 68 years. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Osborne of Gravette, were held that afternoon. Burial was made in the Maysville cemetery. She is survived by her husband, two sons and one daughter; also a sister, Mrs. Joe Ward of Maysville and a brother, Sam Scott of Topeka, Kan. Mrs. Nancy Scott McKey was born in Wayne county, Kentucky October 10, 1860 and came to this community with her parents in the early days. She was married to W.G. McKey in 1896. To this union were born three children, Mrs. Lillian A. Schell of Tulsa and James and Joe McKey of the home. She was a member of the Baptist church and though afflicted for many years bore her sufferings with Christian fortitude.
