SPRINGDALE — Blanche E. Powell, 66, of Springdale died Nov. 3, 2000, in Springdale. She was born July 4, 1934, in Yuma, Ariz., to Dennis and Pearl Jessie Usrey McKelvey. She was retired from Daisy Manufacturing Co. and was a member of Fishback Baptist Church in Springdale.
Survivors include her husband, Junior Powell of the home, to whom she was married Aug. 18, 1964; one son, Dennis Sisemore of Farmington; one daughter, Kitty Renker of Pensacola, Fla.; three sisters, Joe Lambert and Pat Lowry, both of Sayre, Okla., and Mickey Taylor of Porum, Okla.; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home with the Revs. Homer Ross and Howard Owens officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bill Pitts, Tony Boswell, Alpha Taylor, Rick Satterfield, David Carter and Lee Ward.
