Gentry - Rudalph Herbel, 56, a resident of Route 1, Gentry in the Mason Valley Community, died unexpectedly at his home Feb. 28. He was a native of Kansas, born April 2, 1913 and was employed by the Daisy Manufacturing Co. He was a veteran of World War II, a member of the Lutheran Church and had been an area resident for 23 years.
He is survived by the widow, Mrs. Mildred Herbel of the home; his mother, Mrs. Mollie Herbel of Gering, Neb., a daughter, Mrs. Joyce R. Griggs of Amarillo, Tex., and seven brothers, and seven sisters.
Fuperal service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Mason Valley Church with burial in Gentry Cemetery under direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
