George A. Moses, 85, of Van Buren died Wednesday, August 21, 2002, in his home. He was a lifelong resident of Crawford County and retired from Wards Furniture Factory.
Funeral will be 10 a.m. today at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam. Reverend Rick Wilkins officiating.
He is survived by two daughters, Maudie Gross of Rudy and Shirley Carter of Van Buren; two sons, Jan Moses of Muldrow and Roger Moses of Van Buren; a step-daughter, Brenda Nye of Ratcliff; three stepsons, Stanley, Danny and Ricky Gimmett, all of Van Buren; four sisters, Bonnie Tipton of Alma, Mae Cook of Natural Dam, Geneva Bowen of Springdale and Arlene Mongold of Cedarville; a brother Jeff Moses of Kibler; 19 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Stanley and Ricky Grimmett, Lance Bradford, Randy and Chris Jernigan and Steven Locklear.
