Funeral services for Henry W. "Buster" Hines, 82, of Warren were held Saturday, July 12, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Frazer Funeral Home of Warren with the Revs. Bob Meggs and Cliff Mayton officiating. Burial was at Oakland Cemetery. Mr. Hines dies Thursday, July 10, at Bradley County Memorial Hospital.
He was a retired planer mill employee of Potlatch Corp. and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Buney Burns Hines; one son, Henry "Sonny" Hines of Bryant; three daughters, Belvie Courtney of Warren, Bonnie Mann of Hermitage and Carolyn Farmer of Crossett; two brothers, Charlie Hines of Hermitage and Alalen Hines of Warren; two sisters, Bertha Howsen of Warren and Velma Green of Star City; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Garvin Hines and Herman Hines; and three sisters, Leola Belin, Eunice Green and Lucy Wilkerson.
Pallbearers were Brad Hines, Brady Hines, Kenneth Mann, Brian Farmer, Stuart R owell and Roger George. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Donnie Bryant, Hugh Allen Quimby, Dr. Joe H.Wharton, Bill Higgins, Heath Reap, Mayor R. Gregg Reep, Charles O'Neal and Bobby Hargraves.

Buney Burns Hines, 84, of Warren, died July 28, 2002, at Bradley County Medical Center at Warren.
She was born April 19, 1918, at Star City, a daughter of the late Timothy Matthews Burns and Mary Blanche Copeland Burns.
She was a homemaker and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Buster" Hines, whom she married December 23, 1935 and who died July 10, 1997.
Survivors include a son, Henry "Sonny" Hines of Bryant; three daughters, Belvie Courtney and Bonnie Mann, both of Hermitage (Bradley County), and Carolyn Farmer of Crossett; three brothers, Jason Burns of Pine Bluff and Tim Burns and Billy Burns, both of Star City; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Frazer's Funeral Home at Warren. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery at Warren. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
