COOLEY, Charles - Siloam Springs, June 9.— Judge Charles Cooley, a pioneer resident of Siloam Springs and member of a family prominent in social, civic and church activities of this city, died Wednesday night after a long illness. He was 84 years old. Judge Cooley suffered a stroke of paralysis several weeks ago and since that time has been slowly getting worse.
