TOWSON, John T. - Last Thursday evening John T. Towson, aged sixty-one years, who has been making his home with his son-in-law, Julius Ohl, committed suicide by shooting himself. Mr. Towson was a native of Ger¬many, coming to this country about eighteen years ago. His wife died several years ago and about six months ago his daughter died at the home of Mr. Ohl, leaving he and Mrs. Ohl the only surviving members of the family. Mr. Towson was a quiet, courteous gentleman and was well liked by those who knew him. Funeral services were held Friday afternoon and the body interred in the City Cemetery. The bereaved daughter and family have the sympathy of many friends.

WULF, Marie - Miss Marie Wulf was born in Petersfield, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany in 1875. She was a member of the German Lutheran Church. She came to the United States in the year 1894. About fifteen months ago she came to reside with her sister, Mrs. Julius Ohl, in the town of Bentonville. At that time she was in failing health but eleven weeks ago she became bedfast and her relatives and friends realized that her sickness was of a very serious nature. All that loving relatives could do was done and despite all the efforts used for her restoration at the age of thirty-five years and three months, at the home of her brother-in-law, Julius Ohl, on Monday, February 13, 1911 she calmly and submissively bade farewell to a world of sin and sorrow and passed into the eternal presence of her Savior and was reunited with her mother who preceded her to the better world eight years ago. Funeral services were conducted at the home of Mr. Julius Ohl, brother-in-law of the deceased. Services were conducted by Rev. William McDougall, pastor of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, after which the remains were interred in the City Cemetery. William McDougall.
