Stamps, Ark., - Dora Bell Freeman, aged 89, died Sunday in Ouachita Hospital following a brief illness. She was a resident of Texarkana. She is survived by two sons, Gene Rogers, Atlanta, Texas and W. P. Holloman, Texarkana; two daughters, Mrs. L. J. Haynes, Texarkana and Mrs. F. J. Woodruff, Camden; four stepsons, Richard Everett, Wiley and Willie Freeman all of Texarkana; one step daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Wellborn, Dallas; four brothers, George, Bodcaw, Newt, Shreveport, R. L., Texarkana and Seabe Martin, Camden, a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Friendship Baptist Church near Rosston and burial was in the church cemetery by Smith Funeral Service of Stamps. (Camden News - January 23, 1968)
