ROGERS — Rosalee Fern Hayworth, 67, of Rogers died March 11, 1996, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. She was born Aug. 6, 1928, in Stone County, Mo., to James and Maude Porter Costlow. She was a homemaker and a member of Southside Church of Christ. She moved to the area in 1963 from Madera, Calif.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Hayworth of the home; one son, Douglas Dunn of Rogers; five daughters, Janice Pauliscky of Centralia, Wash., Karen Reedy of Rogers, Rita Nading of Avoca, Terri Mitchell of Gentry and Sherri Smith of Rogers; one brother, Nelson Costlow of Wheelerville, Mo.; two sisters, Norisiene Irvine of Lancaster, Calif., and Mabel Jones of Ben Arnold, Texas; 12 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Rogers with Jackie Chesnutt officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m today at the funeral home.
