Charles Shourd, 73, of Corning, Ark., died Monday at the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.
Mr. Shroud was a member of the Tipperary Baptist Church in Tipperary, Ark. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired self-employed farmer and trucker. On Jan. 14, 1950, he married Mary Lee Highfill.
