Siloam Springs -- Mrs. Minnie Lindsey, widow of the Rev. William Arthur Lindsey, died in a Springdale nursing home Jan. 1 after an extended illness. Born in Batesville Mar. 27, 1877 she had been a resident of Siloam Springs for the past 12 years moving there from Ceneterton. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Siloam Springs.
She is survived by a son, B. Mack Lindsey of Little Rock; two daughters, Mrs. Maud Marvin Tims of Harrison and Mrs. Minnie Lou Chandler, of Siloam Springs; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; a brother, Jefferson D. Mack of Macks, Ark. and one sister Mrs. L.E. Massey of Batesville.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Siloam Springs Methodist Church with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery under direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
