Emma Stoner
Emma Grace Stoner, 73, of Rogers, died Wednesday, May 5, at St. Mary's Hospital, Rogers. She was born Nov. 8, 1919, at Witter, to Dan and Emma Burnett Eddy. A former Ohio resident, she moved to this area 19 years ago and was a member of the First Christian Church, Rogers.
Survivors are her husband, Howard Stoner of the home; a daughter, Kay Kern of St. Louis, Mo.; a brother, Bobby Eddy of Gentry; two sisters, Bernice Wallen and Gladys Morris, both of Rogers; and a grandchild.
Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Friday at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers, with Chris Pulliam officiating. Burial will be at Rogers Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Farmers and Merchants Bank, Rogers; or Division of Human Services, Division of the Blind, 4044 Frontage Road, Fayetteville, 72701.
