May 1, 1879 - April 29, 1969
Mrs. Birdie Mosley Holmes, age 89 died in a local hospital at 2:15 a.m. today. Mrs. Holmes was a life long resident of Camden, a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Kate Steel Bible Class, and a past member of the Eastern Star. Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Mosley Anderson of Albuquerque, Ill., two sisters, Mrs. Marvin Prince, Camden, and Mrs. W. E. Williams of Texarkana; three grandchildren, five great great grandchildren. Funeral services are incomplete. Proctor's Funeral Home in charge. (Camden News - April 29, 1969)
