Della Melvin
SILOAM SPRINGS — Della Melvin, 94, of Siloam Springs died Dec. 18, 2003, at Quail Ridge Living Center in West Siloam Springs, Okla. She was born July 8,1909, in Siloam Springs to James Henry and Nancy Malinda McClure Tippit. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Melvin, in 1964.
Survivors include three nieces, Clara M. Wagner of Nowata, Okla., and Indianapolis, Ind., Dorothy G. West of Nowata and Hazel Williams of Smithville, Mo.; two nephews, James Tippit of Fort Morgan, Colo, and Lloyd Tippit of Sun City, Calif.
Services will be at 10 am. Tuesday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with burial in Oak Cemetery.
