January 9, 1949 - May 15, 1974
Billy Wayne Gray, 25, of Houston, Tex., formerly of Camden, died Wednesday in Houston. Funeral services will be announced by Proctors Mortuary. Mr. Gray was a Methodist. He is survived by his widow, Kathy Atkinson Gray; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Gray of Houston; one brother, James Randall Gray of Houston; grandmother, Mrs. J. N. Gray of Rienci, Miss and grandmother, Mrs. G. H. Garner of Camden. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm. Friday at Proctors Chapel. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Proctors Funeral Home. (Camden News - May 16, 1974)
