TROY OLEN CALLIS
Troy Olen Callis, 73, Gravette, died Nov. 5 in Southwest City, Mo., as the result of an accident in Missouri. Born April 14, 1904, in the Bethlehem Community near Centerton, he was the son of George and Ida Louise Cox Callis, and was a lifetime Benton County resident. He was a farmer and poultryman, and served as a deacon and charter member of Deacon Baptist Church, Gravette.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl Sumner Callis of the home.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Deacon Baptist church, with Rev. Dan Fagla officiating. Burial will be in Coffelt Cemetery under direction of Burns Funeral Home, Bentonville.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today in Butns Chapel.
