LOWELL — Jannie Belie Haskins, 99, of Lowell died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at Jamestown Nursing and Rehab in Rogers. She was born Sept. 22, 1913, in Chanute, Kan., to Guy Rhea and Elvira Bertha Gates Rhea.

She was a self-employed cosmetologist, and enjoyed crocheting, cooking and baking. She attended Pea Ridge United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Forrest Haskins; two sons, Herb and Billy Haskins; a daughter, Jean Pearson; seven brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren.

She is survived by a son, Forest Haskins and wife, Pat, of Topeka, Kan.; two daughters, Lila Scroggins and husband, Tom, of Blossom, Texas, Lou Hinkle of Salina, Kan.; a daughter-in-law, Marcia Haskins of Rogers; 11 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

Service is set for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Pea Ridge, with the Rev. Jerry Nichols officiating. Burial will be at Pea Ridge Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, before the service.
