ROGERS -- Lida Amelia Schied Jackson, 88, of Rogers died June 13, 1995, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. She was born Aug, 16, 1906, in Muscota, Kan., to John and Rhoda Belveal Schied. She was a homemaker and was a member of Garfield Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. She moved to Rogers 50 years ago from Kansas. She was preceded in death by one sister, one brother and her husbands, Harold Stafford and Edward G. Jackson. Her caretakers were Kenneth and Reva Jordan and Gene and Pauline McGaugh, all of Rogers.
Survivors include one brother-in-law, Kenneth Brown of Valley Falls, Kan.; one niece, Lois Brown of Valley Falls; one nephew, Marion Brown of Springdale.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Burns Funeral Home of Rogers with the Rev. Al Hollingsworth officiating. Burial will be in Pea Ridge Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
