Geraldine Foster Dennis
TULSA, Okla. — Geraldine Foster Dennis, 83, died May 22, 2008, at Clarehouse Hospice in Tulsa. She was born March 29, 1925, in Wesley to William Clint and Lydia Ruth Cravens Foster.
She was retired from JC Penney Co. She was a former resident of Fayetteville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Haskell Dennis, on Oct. 27, 1955, and a daughter, Carla Sue Woolverton, on July 18, 1993.
Survivors include a daughter, Paula Dennis of Tulsa; a granddaughter, Shannon Gehrer and husband Kyle of Andover, Kan.; a grandson, Scott Holt of Winchester, Va.; two great-grandsons, Taylor Deter and Austin Gehrer of Andover, Kan.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, www. mooresfuneralchapel.com.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Crosses.
