Robert S. "Bob" Kittler 84, of Perryville, Arkansas, died September 18, 2010. He was born January 17, 1926, to the late Walter Louis and Wilhelmine Louise (Koch) Kittler in Carlisle, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ima Jean (Castleberry) Kittler and brother Wesley Kittler.
Bob was a World War II Veteran and a graduate of Little Rock Jr. College. He retired from Union National Bank of Little Rock, Arkansas, and was a member of Perryville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a daughter, Dianne Stone and her husband, Tom of Perryville; two sisters, Louise Hardke of Memphis, Tennessee, and RozAnne Bell of Hickory Plains, Arkansas; one brother, W.H. Kittler of Carlisle, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Amy Wyles and her husband Rick and Jacob Garrett and his wife Jaime; two step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; six step great-grandchildren; and four step great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at the Perryville United Methodist Church with Rev. David Baker, pastor of Perryville United Methodist Church and Rev. Rodney Castleberry, pastor of Centergy Church in Morrilton officiating. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, September 20, at the funeral home.
