Helen Lucille Conrey

Helen Lucille Conrey, 88, of Walnut Ridge, passed away Sept. 15, 2012.

Born Sept. 24, 1924, at Maynard, she was the daughter of Sam and Viola Templeton Killough. She was a homemaker and a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Conrey, on Aug. 10, 1984, whom she married Nov. 11, 1950; and a granddaughter, Kimberly Nettles.

Survivors include three sons, Sammy Lee Johnston, Jonesboro, and Harry Edward Conrey and Rickey Charles Conrey, both of Walnut Ridge; three daughters, Mary Ann Boothe, Walnut Ridge, Janice King, Hoxie, and Shelia Nettles, Alicia; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral is today at 10 a.m. at Bryan Funeral Home with Bros. Marion Stringer and Royce Schanda officiating. Burial will be in Whittaker Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Nettles, Jessie Walker, Dale Nettles, Harry Conrey Jr., Harry Conrey Sr. and Ernest Fry.
