SILOAM SPRINGS — Viva Elizabeth Dilbeck, 91, of Siloam Springs, formerly of Gentry, died Jan. 20, 2007, at her home. She was born Feb. 23, 1915, in Siloam Springs to Ollie Dee Trammell and Callie Mae Gerhardt.
She was a lifetime resident of Northwest Arkansas. She was a 1932 graduate of Siloam Springs High School. She married Henry Dilbeck Nov. 25, 1934. She worked at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital, Woodland Manor Nursing Home and was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of First Christian Church in Gentry.
She was preceded in death by one infant son, and grandchildren, Jordan and Lance Bradford, Jarrod Murray, Brian Snell, Hannah Holbrook.
Survivors include her husband Henry of the home; three sons, Howard Dilbeck of Atascadero, Calif., Loren Dilbeck of Siloam Springs and Henry Dilbeck of Siloam Springs; four daughters, Arlene Bradford of Gentry, Annette Andrada of Siloam Springs, Judy Carson of Siloam Springs and Juanita Trammell of Fort Gibson, Okla.; 32 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one brother, James D. Trammell of Mount Ridge, Kan.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Jim Whisenant officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
