Mr. Aron Curtis McCrory, 80, of Hamburg died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, at the Ashley County Medical Center. A native of Kosciusko, MS, he had lived in Hamburg for the past 15 years and was a retired farmer and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by a son, Curtis McCrory; his parents, Thomas and Rebecca Turner McCrory; and four brothers, Rufus E., Homer W., James E. and Monroe E. McCrory. Survivors are two sons, Larry G. McCrory of Burnsville, MN, and Phillip T. McCrory of Monticello; a sister, Maudielee Guerro of Stockton, CA; a half-sister, Nettie Lee Morris of Kosciusko; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were at 4 p.m. Friday, May 14, in the Cromwell Funeral Home chapel with Dr. William Henry officiating. Pallbearers were Bill and David Ferguson, Earl, Thomas and Glen McCrory, Bobby Slaughter and Kenneth Griffin. Burial followed services at the Montrose Cemetery.
