MARION F. MAYS
Marion F. Mays, 87, Tulsa, Okla., died Oct. 8 in Tulsa. Born May 21, 1891, At Huntsville, he was the son of William F. and Mary Lanningham Mays, a member of Caudle Avenue Baptist Church, an Army veteran of World War I and a retired carpenter. He was a five-year member of the American Legion and a member of the VFW.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Blanche Stockton Mays of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Joe (Gayle) Sailer of Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Alexis (Gussie) Gresham of Mobile, Ala.; one brother, Alfred Mays of Springdale; one sister, Mrs. Ora Barron of Springdale; and three grandchildren.
Services were at. 4 p.m. today in Sisco Chapel with the Rev. Burton A, Miley officiating. Burial was in Wilson Cemetery under the direction of Sisco.
Pallbearers were Roy McCamey, Kenneth Graham, Milo Washburn, Cecil Brown, Max Brogdon and Louie Cate.
