RUDDICK, John T. - John T. Ruddick, known as "Uncle Johnnie," departed this life at his home in Garfield December 10. He was 74 years, 10 months and 13 days old. He was an old settler of this place. "Uncle Johnnie" was laid to rest at the Ruddick cemetery December 12. He is survived by one son and two daughters, Charley Ruddick of Garfield, Mrs. Azna Grammar of Kansas and Mrs. Belle Benn of Joplin, Mo. He is also survived by a granddaughter, Lorie, who has made her home with him since infancy.

{from Garfield} Funeral services for John T. Ruddick were held Friday afternoon at the Ruddick cemetery. Mr. Ruddick died of heart trouble Wednesday night.
